Pathways selects 25 students every year from the first year degree class based on the criteria mentioned below.  The students are trained for the next three years till they complete their graduation. Thus there will be 75 student volunteers in a year. An entrance test will be held in the first week of August of every academic year.  The selection list will be announced within a week and the regular training classes begin from 15th August.


Annual parental income should not exceed Rs.1,50,000 /- per annum.

A minimum of 60% aggregate marks at II PUC / 10+2  level.
Social and economic backwardness.
A common entrance test will be held based on general knowledge, logical ability and general English followed by an interview.
A common rank list will be prepared based on their previous academic aggregate marks and entrance test performance.
A personal interview will be conducted to identify the deserving candidates.

Selection will be made as per the government provision with the approval of the Governing Council.

All the selected students should have to follow mandatory terms and conditions like:

Compulsory attendance on Saturday classes.

Report writing and diary writing.

Vacational workshops, tests and assignments and voluntary participation.

The volunteers will be terminated without any notice in case of violation of any of the conditions.
